Tammy Robertson
Tammy Robertson Tammy Robertson is a Resilience Play Maker who believes resilience isn’t built in theory — it’s forged on the field, in the messy, uncertain moments when the old playbook no longer works and new moves are needed. With over 25 years working with CPA’s across Canada Tammy consults with leaders and teams in industry and public practice to build highly engaged cultures people never want to leave. Known for her straight talk, humor, and storytelling, she blends research with practical tools to help people step out of autopilot and become more intentional, confident, and impactful in the roles they play every day.
Carrie Gallant
Carrie Gallant Carrie Gallant, JD, is an executive leadership coach and negotiation strategist dedicated to helping women leaders find their voice, own their value, and lead with confidence in high-stakes conversations. Her work focuses on closing that gap: equipping leaders with both the mindset and skillset to negotiate effectively; communicate with impact; and influence outcomes with intention. Carrie is also the co-author of Conversations for Tomorrow’s Leaders, bringing a thought leadership perspective to how to connect, build trust and collaborate. She is the founder of The Gallant Leader™ Institute and creator of her evolving body of work, Executive Success by Design™, which supports leaders in approaching negotiation as a thoughtful, strategic, and human-centered practice. Carrie is an accredited Negotiation Consultant with ENS International and is certified in Conversational Intelligence and Authentic Leadership for Teams™. She is also a certified Ignite Human Design Coach™ and Impostor Syndrome Informed Coach™. Her Art of Negotiation for Women framework is featured in acclaimed leadership programs including Tara Mohr’s Playing Big, WNORTH’s 360 Leadership Program, and the Women’s Enterprise Centre of British Columbia.
Shahana Alibhai
Dr. Shahana Alibhai, MD, CCFP is a TEDx speaker, bestselling author of Feel Better, and a leading voice in emotional and mental health. With 12 years in practice, she is a family physician and Medical Director at Foundry Abbotsford, B.C.’s largest youth health centre, where she builds emotional resilience through science-backed strategies and storytelling. Featured on CTV, Global, Medium and Forbes. She’s inspired audiences at Yale, UBC, Scotiabank, and beyond. A proud mom of three.
Jessica Metcalfe
Dr. Jessica Metcalfe is an award-winning speaker, bestselling author, and recognized authority in leadership development, business culture, and team performance. Named one of WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women, she is celebrated for her signature 3 C’s framework — Confidence, Communication, and Culture — which has influenced organizations across healthcare, corporate, and entrepreneurial sectors. Her journey is anything but ordinary. She has been a semi-professional pianist, founder of a rock ’n’ roll music school, territory manager at Nestlé Ice Cream, dentist specializing in cancer care, and Education Director at a leading oncology centre. Today, she lives in Victoria, owns two dental practices, and loves hiking with her dog, Artemis. Her speaking journey began in oncology and dentistry, teaching clinicians how to improve the patient's quality of life. As an educator, she challenged the outdated shame-based teaching model, replacing it with positive reinforcement and just the right amount of tough love. Now, her mission has shifted from educating patients to educating the people who push themselves beyond, the high performers, the ones you strive to do better and be better. She is a regular contributor to podcast and business magazines on burnout, team dynamics, and difficult conversations, and she is the author of Speak Kindly, You’re Listening, a powerful exploration of self-talk and leadership mindset.
Tanis Frame
Tanis is a long time facilitator and sought after leadership coach who helps passionate people create the impact they are called to make in the world while thriving deeply in all aspects of their lives. Tanis is relentlessly curious about what cultivates thriving and what gets in the way. She is known for her ability to create powerful space for learning, and for making growth and connection fun. When she’s not helping everyday humans live deeply aligned lives of meaning, impact and joy, you’ll find her playing in the mountains with her husband, teen girls, dog or her horses.
Katherine Lazaruk
Katherine Lazaruk, B.Ed, AICI CIP, PCC, CLC, holds a second level international designation of Certified Image Professional (CIP) with the Association of Image Consultants International, her Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) certificate, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coach Federation. She is the author of Executive Being: Humanizing Business One Leader at a Time. She helps women rapidly accelerate their progress towards senior leadership and in senior leadership. When she’s not acting as a fire starter for ambitious women, she can be found singing in various genres, writing and publishing poetry, drinking the occasional interesting mocktail, or watching too many movies with her film editor husband. She’s sometimes slightly irreverent and is always delightfully uncontained.
Tammy Towill
Tammy Towill TAMMY TOWILL, FCPA, MBA, MA is a partner in the Cordura Group.
