In this powerful session, Katherine Lazaruk reveals the surprising research on what actually drives promotions and salary increases in professional services (hint: it's not just your technical skills), introduces the 3 C's framework her clients use to stop hiding and start leading, and shows you the ONE shift you can make immediately to reclaim your full authority without apologizing for it.
By attending this session, you will obtain:
- The surprising research on what actually drives partner promotions and salary increases (and why technical excellence alone isn't enough to get you recognized or compensated fairly).
- The 3 C's Framework (Character, Choice, Congruence) that closes the gap between who you are and how you're showing up so you can stop performing leadership and start embodying it in client meetings, team dynamics, and firm politics.
- The ONE thing you're doing right now that's undermining your credibility in every meeting (and the exact language shifts to reclaim your authority without apologizing for your expertise).

Am I Good Enough?
Facilitator: Dr. Jessica Metcalfe, BSc, DMD
Have you ever had that feeling if you just took one more course, or had that specific degree or the right clients, then, you would feel that much more confident? Do you question your abilities and think that it's only a matter of time before someone finds you out? If you answered 'yes', you're not alone.
Read more about Am I Good Enough?
You're a high-achieving woman, yet, you underestimate your abilities, explain away your successes and overwork until you're exhausted. For years, your inner gremlin, that inner voice, has made you believe that you need to prove yourself and measure your worth by your accomplishments. Not anymore! It's time to break down the barriers associated with imposter syndrome so you can finally step into your strength, power and confidence. It's time you start believing it.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
- Target and break through imposter syndrome and recognize it for what it is
- Take a turn around the impostor cycle (or what I like to call the high-achiever with a loud inner critic cycle) and learn the 6 checkpoints to get you out of the cycle
- Navigate your inner voice and the difference between tearing yourself down and owning your success

Beyond Burnout: Resilience, Grit, and a Fulfilling Life
Facilitator: Tammy Robertson, MA
Leadership coach, trainer and consultant
How are you living, leading and sustaining your energy? Are you investing in your capacity to contribute or unwittingly siphoning your most important resource? Have you been carrying too much, for too long without recognition or recovery? Too often we don’t realize we have been running on empty until exhaustion and burnout sets in. While burnout is often a result of workplace realities like overload, poor communication, and lack of support, there is more within your control than you might think.
Read more about Beyond Burnout: Resilience, Grit, and a Fulfilling Life
We will explore the habits, beliefs, and patterns that quietly drain your capacity - including the often invisible load of managing expectations, emotions, and responsibilities both at work and beyond. You’ll gain insight into how internal scripts shape how you respond, what you take on, and what you hold onto. This session is about making a shift - from running on empty to living and working with greater clarity, intention, and energy.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
- Set boundaries that protect your time and energy
- Reduce stress of overwhelm and build daily productivity
- Become more present and focused in your day
- Reconnect with what energizes and inspires you
- Find moments of joy and lightness, even in demanding seasons
- Build your leadership practice and hold yourself accountable to what matters most
Because the greatest risk is not just burnout - it’s losing yourself, your energy, enthusiasm, and sense of meaning that makes your work and life feel worthwhile. This is your opportunity to reset, refocus, and build a more sustainable way forward - one grounded in daily practices that support both your wellbeing and your impact.
