Overview

A cornerstone of success for every organization is recruiting good people, and yet many organizations take a haphazard, reactive approach to this vitally important activity. The cost of hiring the wrong people is impossible to measure precisely, but it is painfully obvious that mis-firing in the recruiting process is very costly in a number of ways.

Advisory: As this is a highly interactive workshop, participants will need to have access to audio and video capabilities (mic and camera) in order to participate in the breakout rooms and chat.

This live virtual seminar is offered in collaboration with CPA Western Provinces. The content is applicable to all participants.

Course Description
