- Today’s controller: roles, responsibilities, perceived vs. actual value, and positioning controllership as a strategic asset.
- Controller as leader: leader vs. manager, five leadership perspectives, core competencies, and mini-case exercises.
- Controller as strategic manager: what strategy is, purpose and drivers, competitive forces, basic strategies and value propositions, automation, data strategy and governance, and implementation tips.
- Controller in change/conflict/crisis: change models, conflict techniques, crisis stages, prevention, response, and turnaround considerations.
