Current In-Person Seminar Protocols

Sep 9, 2021

Last Updated: September 24, 2021

As public health orders continue to evolve, the information on this page will be constantly updated as necessary.

Please note that the following policies are subject to change to comply with any change in PHO requirements.

  • Prior to your arrival, please ensure you do not have symptoms of a communicable disease (e.g. fever or chills, coughing, sore throat, diarrhea, etc.). If you are exhibiting symptoms, please stay at home until your symptoms resolve, and contact CPABC to determine alternate registration/cancellation.
  • Masks: In accordance with the PHO order, masks are once again required at all CPABC in person events.
  • Vaccinations: CPABC strongly encourages all participants entering the venue to be fully vaccinated. If vaccines become mandatory for attendance at our events, we will communicate any vaccine requirements with as much advance notice as possible.
  • These policies are subject to change to comply with any change in PHO requirements. Please note that some venues may have policies that exceed these requirements.

In the event a specific seminar venue has safety requirements that go beyond the above protocols, or those recommended by the Public Health Authority, attendees are required to adhere to the venue requirements. CPABC PD will advise registrants of any such requirements prior to the seminar.

Should health authorities once again restrict all in-person gatherings, in-person seminars will be converted to virtual offerings, where possible.
