Mornings begin with energizing keynote sessions, followed by a choice of breakout sessions tailored to a wide range of interests and roles. Built‑in networking breaks create space to connect with fellow attendees, while lunch offers time to engage with exhibitors. The afternoons continue with focused sessions and a featured keynote, wrapping up with end‑of‑day networking or social experiences that extend the conversation beyond the sessions.

In-Person and Virtual Experience

Attend in person to fully immerse yourself in the conference atmosphere with face‑to‑face networking while experiencing Infinite on Vancouver’s waterfront. The live virtual experience offers access to live sessions, interactive engagement, and on‑demand recordings - bringing Infinite to you, wherever you are.

Last year's in-person experience sold out quickly, and we're expecting another full house this year. Take advantage while tickets are still available to secure your spot before space runs out. Limited seats available.

Location

The Infinite Conference will be available in hybrid format. The in-person experience will take place at the Vancouver Convention Centre West , a premier waterfront venue in the heart of downtown Vancouver. 

The live virtual experience will be hosted on Zoom Events, giving online attendees access to live sessions and interactive features.

Accommodation

We have secured a special discounted rate of $209 per night (plus taxes) for conference attendees at the Coast Coal Harbour Vancouver Hotel by APA. The offer is valid for stays on November 25 and 26, 2026, with room options including one King bed or two Double beds (subject to availability). The offer includes discounted parking at $30 per night. 

Reservations must be made by October 28, 2026, using this booking link, and cancellations are allowed up to 4:00 p.m. three days before arrival.

CPD Hours & Ethics Hours

The live conference is eligible for up to 11.75 verifiable CPD hours. You can choose the breakout sessions you want to attend during the conference. After the conference, you will be able to access and complete conference recordings for another possible 10 verifiable CPD hours. The live conference also includes one hour of ethics content, and two of the breakout sessions contain 75 minutes of ethics content each. Sessions will be recorded and available to watch until December 31, 2025.
