AI Won't Replace You. The CPA Using AI Will. (Live Webinar)

DELIVERY FORMAT

SEMINAR TYPE
PD Seminar
NEW SEMINAR

Overview

AI is rapidly entering tax and accounting practice, but most CPAs are told what AI can do without being shown how to actually use it, or where it quietly introduces risk. This session will close that gap, led by a CPA who builds and operates AI-native systems daily rather than describing them in theory.

NOTE: This live webinar is part of the Income Tax Series. The registration page you are on is specifically for this standalone session. The session will be recorded, but access to the recording will be available only to those registered for the full Series, and for a limited time.

This live virtual seminar is offered in collaboration with the CPA Western Provinces. The content is applicable to all participants.

Course Description

Participants will gain a clear, practical model for where AI creates genuine leverage in tax and accounting workflows, how to evaluate tools critically, and how to deploy them responsibly without over-trusting output that can be confidently wrong. The session is operator-level and immediately applicable.

Content

  • A practical framework for identifying high-value AI use cases in your practice, and flagging where AI adds risk.
  • Techniques for prompting, reviewing, and verifying AI output to professional and CRA-defensible standards.
  • Ready-to-use tools and workflows drawn from real deployment.
  • Governance and accountability essentials when AI enters tax work.
