For each of the three mandatory disclosure regimes, consideration will be given to
- The transactions that are caught by the regime
- The person(s) that are obligated to report
- The consequences for failing to report
- The Canada Revenue Agency’s guidance on the regime (which was last updated on August 15, 2024)
