Gateway to Membership: Welcome to the Pros (CPABC Candidates)
Overview
This seminar helps new CPAs in their transition from student to CPA member. The session focuses on ensuring that new members understand and accept their responsibilities as CPAs, while also recognizing the opportunities, resources and support available to them as members of a strong professional community.
You will be required to obtain an 80% pass rate for the assessment that is presented at the end of the course. Marks for the final assessment are released immediately upon completion – the assessment can be retaken more than once if not passed on the first attempt.
This course will qualify as 7 verifiable CPD hours (including 4 hours of professional ethics) only for candidates who take the course in the same calendar year they are admitted to membership. If the course is taken outside the calendar year of admission to membership it will not qualify for CPD hours.
