Leadership Culture Certificate Program (On-Demand - CPABC)
Overview
CPABC is pleased to present the Leadership Culture Certificate Program. This four-part program will focus on providing strategies and tools to leaders so they can become examples of resilience and build resilient teams. The challenges for leaders are extraordinary. With continued uncertainty, unrelenting change and an exhausted workforce, resilient leadership is the first one. How do you engage and inspire your teams amid high levels of stress and burnout? All four modules are included in this on-demand course. Each module can be taken as a stand-alone course, but in order to qualify for the certificate, participants are required to complete all four titles.
