CPABC is pleased to present the Resilient Leadership Certificate Program. This five-part program will focus on providing strategies and tools to leaders so they can become examples of resilience and build resilient teams. The challenges for leaders are extraordinary. With continued uncertainty, unrelenting change and an exhausted workforce, Resilient leadership is the first one. How do you engage and inspire your teams amid high levels of stress and burnout? Without resilient leadership it will be impossible to have healthy employees who care about your business, feel committed and invested enough to work hard on new solutions with hope, immense courage and sustained energy. All five modules are included in this on-demand course. Each module can be taken as a stand-alone course, but in order to qualify for the certificate, participants are required to complete all five titles.
