Course Description

In the first half of this session, we will focus on how you can support your team. Leaders do play a key role in creating cultures that decrease the likelihood of burnout. We will explore how to establish boundaries, ways to say No, and Four things everyone can do to influence the way that work gets done without relying on the dreaded “Delegate it.” (which nobody has time for). The second half will help you with strategies to diminish frustration, angst and exhaustion and bring back more joy, peace and ease to your whole life.

Applicable for

Senior leaders, managers, team members or consultants in government, non-profit, industry or public practice. This topic will be of particular interest if you are a leader charged with renewing culture, building engagement, and leading innovation and change.
