In this session we will explore the 5 mindsets a leader needs to respond to heightening and ongoing change. A leader who has taken the time for self reflection and who personally knows the benefit of a resilient mindset is an inspiring example of what is needed now. Hope and Optimism, Personal Purpose, Compassion, Curiosity and Courage demonstrated by leaders build resilience in teams.   You can be a model of resilience by focusing on small daily actions that have a big impact over time. You will leave with a timely and practical toolbox of immensely practical strategies and actions that you can use even when your time is limited.

Applicable for

Senior leaders, managers, team members or consultants in government, non-profit, industry or public practice. This topic will be of particular interest if you are a leader charged with renewing culture, building engagement, and leading innovation and change.
