The Quick 5 Leadership Series (Live Webinar - Multi Segment)
Overview
The Quick 5 Leadership Series is a practical leadership development program built around five simple, high-impact practices that leaders can apply immediately. Through five focused 2-hour seminars, participants learn how to engage today's workforce, build trust, lead through change, sustain their leadership capacity, and create workplaces where people feel motivated, accountable, and connected to meaningful work.
All sessions will be held as live webinars, and will be recorded. Series registrants will have access to the recordings for a limited time.
Course Description
Today's leaders face increasing demands, constant change, and evolving employee expectations. The Quick 5 Leadership Series offers practical tools and actionable strategies to help leaders strengthen engagement, build trust, navigate pressure, prevent burnout, and lead with greater confidence and humanity. Each seminar is centered on five leadership practices and five application challenges that help participants translate learning into everyday leadership behaviours. The result is a highly practical learning experience that supports both individual leadership effectiveness and team success.

In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
