Course Description

Led by expert facilitators, each session combines practical strategies, real-world insights, and opportunities to connect with peers facing similar career opportunities and challenges. Participants will gain actionable skills to increase their professional impact, build meaningful relationships, navigate an evolving workplace, and take a more intentional approach to career growth.

Jen is a versatile adviser to leaders and sought after 'thinking and execution' partner who helps people improve their performance and lead change.
Joel Shapiro
JOEL SHAPIRO, PhD, has trained 1,000s of leaders on three continents and held leadership roles in operating businesses and start-ups. Joel’s consulting work focuses on building talent, leadership, teamwork, employee engagement, and healthy organizational cultures. Prior to founding Advanture Consulting in 2001, Joel helped save his third-generation family business in an extreme turnaround situation, earned a Ph.D. with Distinction in Philosophy, and was a member of the Canadian National Freestyle Ski Team. Joel is always seeking the perfect blend of humanity and business performance.
Scott Orth
Scott Orth SCOTT ORTH is a mindfulness and resiliency coach and trainer, who helps CPAs reduce stress, focus on what matters most, and create the life they want. He gives them strategies to respond to the challenges in their day more mindfully, allowing them to be more focused, productive and happier. Scott was previously the National Leader of HR for one of Canada’s largest employee-owned engineering and science consulting organizations and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of working with analytical, critical thinkers.
Corinne Impey
CORINNE IMPEY, MPC is a versatile, action-oriented senior communications professional and entrepreneur. She provides strategic advice and communications coaching to leaders and teams across Canada. Together with her team at Six Words Communication, they develop communication plans, campaigns, and materials that build brands, engage audiences and drive results. Corinne holds a Masters of Professional Communication degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and is the recipient of a Gold Quill Excellence Award from the International Association of Business Communicators for her work in change communication.

In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
