- Assign time and mental resources to crafting and reinforcing a leadership communication style.
- Use a variety of tools—mental, emotional, technological, and time-related—to remain in charge of their leadership communication style.

Steve Prentice is a consultant, published author, university lecturer, and keynote speaker with over 30 years of experience working with people and technology in the workplace. His expertise lies in helping organizations navigate technological change: adapting to hybrid work, strengthening cybersecurity, or establishing workable AI policies. His background in organizational psychology and project management allows for complex technological concepts to become accessible and actionable. In 1994 he founded the Bristall Company, which continues to deliver consulting, media production, and professional development workshops to corporate clients across North America. In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
