Overview

Course Description

The ability to give, receive, and solicit feedback effectively is a critical professional and leadership skill. Constructive feedback helps individuals understand their strengths, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute more effectively to organizational success. When delivered thoughtfully, feedback can reinforce positive behaviours, improve performance, and support ongoing professional development.

While feedback conversations can sometimes feel challenging, they are among the most valuable tools for learning and growth. In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
