Advanced Resilient Leadership - From Compliance to Courage, Curiosity and Contribution (Live Webinar)
Overview
In times of complexity and rapid change, old assumptions and unspoken concerns can silently stall progress. When people play it safe, organizations stagnate. Brave Spaces are environments where curiosity is welcomed, questions are encouraged, mistakes become data, and learning is everyone’s job.
In this session, you will explore the beliefs, habits, and reactions that may unintentionally suppress contribution — and build the emotional courage and cognitive flexibility needed to unlock fresh thinking. You will gain practical tools to reduce fear, strengthen trust and belonging, and transform learning from a risky act into a shared responsibility. This is psychological safety as a leadership skill — not a slogan. If things have gotten a little too quiet, now is the moment to change the tone. You’ll leave with a dozen immediately usable ideas to spark dialogue, encourage experimentation, and build real confidence — along with a focused 7-day challenge to sustain momentum.
