In this session, you will learn how to
- overcome limiting beliefs that block your ability to learn and to succeed
- set up a ‘brain friendly’ environment that supports learning and work
- reduce stress from information overload
- read faster and remember more
- think more creatively
- eat with your brain in mind
- learn the #1 skill that experts agree is the most crucial to your success
Note: At the instructor's request, seminar material will be provided only after the session.
- Sign in to the Learning Management System using your CPABC Online Services login ID and password.
- Click on the Go to your Courses & Materials button.
- Navigate to and click on the seminar. Note that depending on the completion status, the seminar can be found either under the Current tab or in the Completed tab.
- Once in the seminar, click on the Resources tab - any available files can be accessed and downloaded from here.

Improving Your Virtual Learning Experience
Live webinars have varying levels of expected interaction, with some requiring microphone and camera capabilities to support a proper learning experience – please email pdreg@bccpa.ca if you have concerns.
In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
