Overview
Participants will learn how to operationalize AI governance within finance and business processes by integrating oversight, risk management, controls, and accountability into AI-enabled initiatives. The course focuses on evaluating use cases, assessing readiness, defining governance responsibilities, and determining whether AI initiatives are positioned to deliver meaningful business value.

- CPAs and finance professionals who are involved in evaluating, approving, implementing, or overseeing AI-enabled initiatives in their organizations:
- CPAs working in finance, accounting, reporting, audit, risk, governance, or advisory roles.
- CFOs, controllers, directors of finance, and finance leaders responsible for technology-enabled business decisions.
- Professionals involved in internal controls, process improvement, automation, analytics, reporting, or digital transformation.
- Risk, compliance, internal audit, IT, privacy, cybersecurity, procurement, and business professionals who support AI governance, oversight, or implementation.
