Change is a constant in today’s professional environment, yet individuals and organizations often respond to it in different ways based on past experiences, values, and perspectives. This webinar explores Stephen Covey’s Four Intelligences—intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual—and how they can be applied to navigate change more effectively. Participants will gain practical strategies to strengthen resilience, enhance engagement, and support successful change initiatives within their teams and organizations.
Advisory: As this is a highly interactive workshop, participants will need to have access to audio and video capabilities (mic and camera) in order to participate in the breakout rooms and chat.

- Using Stephen Covey’s 4 Intelligences - intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual – explore tools, techniques and strategies to effectively navigate change, and examine the challenges and opportunities specific to your role in leading through change

Improving Your Virtual Learning Experience
Live webinars have varying levels of expected interaction, with some requiring microphone and camera capabilities to support a proper learning experience – please email pdreg@bccpa.ca if you have concerns.
In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
