Through practical examples, tools, and discussion, participants will explore strategies for incorporating engagement into everyday leadership practices. The framework provides leaders with the flexibility to expand employee involvement at a pace that aligns with organizational needs while creating meaningful opportunities for learning, growth, and contribution.
The program combines foundational principles with leading practices in leadership, delegation, and employee development. Participants will also explore the interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and communication skills that help create a culture of engagement and support long-term team success.

Improving Your Virtual Learning Experience
Live webinars have varying levels of expected interaction, with some requiring microphone and camera capabilities to support a proper learning experience – please email pdreg@bccpa.ca if you have concerns.
In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
