- Reflect on their experience implementing a high-leverage habit after Habit Change 101 and extract key lessons.
- Identify the unconscious obstacles that cause habits to fade and learn how to stay aware of them.
- Develop strategies to turn lapses into opportunities that strengthen, rather than weaken, their habits.
- Select and implement another high-impact habit, reinforcing their ability to integrate new routines effectively.
- Leave with a clear plan for accountability and long-term habit sustainability.

Improving Your Virtual Learning Experience
Live webinars have varying levels of expected interaction, with some requiring microphone and camera capabilities to support a proper learning experience – please email pdreg@bccpa.ca if you have concerns.
In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
