In today’s fast-paced world, distractions, stress, and competing priorities make it easy to neglect energy management. By shifting the focus from managing time to managing energy, you’ll be better equipped to stay focused, engaged, and productive - without running on empty.

- Understand the critical role of energy in performance, decision-making, and overall well-being, as well as the ripple effect it has on those around them
- Explore the neuroscience behind energy depletion, including why we neglect self-care and prioritize external demands over our own needs
- Assess their current energy levels across multiple domains in their of life
- Learn five practical strategies to boost energy, focus, and resilience every day
- Develop sustainable habits to maintain high energy and prevent burnout over the long term

Improving Your Virtual Learning Experience
Live webinars have varying levels of expected interaction, with some requiring microphone and camera capabilities to support a proper learning experience – please email pdreg@bccpa.ca if you have concerns.
In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
