In this engaging session, you will explore why your leadership presence is more important than ever and the tools and practices you need to create connection, clarity and confidence for your team.


This live virtual seminar is offered in collaboration with CPA Western Provinces. The content is applicable to all participants.

This session is designed for leaders looking to keep their leadership presence; their ability to fully connect with their people, understand them, inspire them, and help them grow in their role, amidst a constant whir of incoming emails, IMs, social media distractions, and zipping off to their next meeting

Content

  • understand what leadership presence means in the context of organizations today,
  • understand the many barriers that get in the way of our leadership presence
  • understand why, in times of uncertainty, when motivation, energy, and hope can be low, people are looking for leaders with greater presence
  • be able to keep themselves calm and clear minded in the face of uncertainty and change
  • be able to connect more authentically with others, and to create greater connection, clarity and confidence for the people on their teams

Improving Your Virtual Learning Experience

Live webinars have varying levels of expected interaction, with some requiring microphone and camera capabilities to support a proper learning experience – please email pdreg@bccpa.ca if you have concerns. 

In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
