Technical skills open doors for new CPAs, but communication skills are essential for career growth. Whether you are navigating public practice or collaborating across corporate departments, effective communication matters.

• Interpret workplace communication styles and adapt to organizational norms
• Contribute effectively in meetings (in-person and virtual) and align communication with team expectations
• Apply a 6-Point Comms Checklist based on a framework to ensure every message, email, report, and presentation is impactful

In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
