Course Description
Authentic leaders show up in the world with dignity, humility, and integrity. They innately produce and facilitate shared experiences that channel their unique gifts into real action and cultural transformation. They inspire others to be the best they can be as they are modelling the same behaviour in themselves. They continually challenge their assumptions and ask questions to engage people in a way that motivates them to go above and beyond. They enjoy being of service to and helping others.
