- Understand why willpower alone isn’t enough - and what works instead
- Understand the neuroscience behind effective habits and why they are the foundation of high performance
- Learn the key obstacles that prevent us from sticking to new habits - and how to overcome them
- Learn and be able to implement a simple, practical process for building habits that last
- Create and implement one high-impact habit immediately, using a proven method
- Leave the course with a clear plan to implement habits that will elevate their productivity, well-being, and success

Improving Your Virtual Learning Experience
Live webinars have varying levels of expected interaction, with some requiring microphone and camera capabilities to support a proper learning experience – please email pdreg@bccpa.ca if you have concerns.
In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.

SCOTT ORTH is a mindfulness and resiliency coach and trainer, who helps CPAs reduce stress, focus on what matters most, and create the life they want. He gives them strategies to respond to the challenges in their day more mindfully, allowing them to be more focused, productive and happier. Scott was previously the National Leader of HR for one of Canada’s largest employee-owned engineering and science consulting organizations and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of working with analytical, critical thinkers.
