Course Description
Unfortunately, we can become overwhelmed by too much change or overly resist, fight or avoid change, which adds to our stress and only makes life harder. The goal in life is to become a “change master” as we face and adapt to the many changes that will come our way professionally or personally.
Applicable for
Content
- understand the neuroscience of why change is hard and why we often resist it
- be aware of the barriers that get in the way of change
- learn the mindset shift they need to make to thrive and grow through change
- learn the skills and tools they need to be more of a “change master”
- be able to keep their mind calm and clear as they go through change
- be a force of positivity and gratitude as they go through change, thereby being a positive influence on those around them

He gives them strategies to respond to the challenges in their day more mindfully, allowing them to be more focused, productive and happier. Scott was previously the National Leader of HR for one of Canada’s largest employee-owned engineering and science consulting organizations and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of working with analytical, critical thinkers.
