Course Description
Understanding type is fascinating and valuable, and applicable in a modern workplace where organizations aim to maximize their employees’ skills and talents, and employees seek careers and positions that are fulfilling and satisfying. From finding one’s best career fit to interacting with coworkers, leading a diverse team, managing conflict and organizational change, personality type gives insight into how to leverage strengths, minimize weaknesses, and create an environment that allows employers and employees to achieve their professional goals.
In this fun and engaging workshop, we provide you with the tools and techniques to recognize your personality type. This understanding will allow you better to understand yourself and the personality types of others and teaches you how to flex your skills to ensure you are communicating effectively.

- gain knowledge of the different personality types
- develop skills to effectively communicate and motivate team members by recognizing and adapting to different personality styles

Improving Your Virtual Learning Experience
Live webinars have varying levels of expected interaction, with some requiring microphone and camera capabilities to support a proper learning experience – please email pdreg@bccpa.ca if you have concerns.
In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
