Course Description
Workplace diversity refers to the variety of differences between people in an organization. Appreciating those differences sounds relatively simple, but many people have legitimate feelings stemming from one’s background and experience, as well as their deep-rooted perspective of the other generations. Learning to lead multigenerational teams is essential in creating a culture of inclusion. This training will ensure that your employees understand how they can foster and benefit from a diverse workplace while meeting their individual and organizational goals.
Each generation has its strengths and challenges, and to manage them well, leaders need to know the unique preferences each generation possesses.
