- tools and techniques to support engagement in diverse situations

DR. SHAWN IRELAND is a founding partner and managing director of HRCgroup, Inc. He works extensively with Fortune 500 companies, foreign governments and international aid agencies. His expertise includes fostering critical thinking, strategic change, virtual teamwork, and managing human behaviour. He’s an adjunct Faculty member in the Doctor of Psychology Clinical Psychology graduate program at Adler University in Vancouver.Improving Your Virtual Learning Experience
