This course explores how everyday language, messaging structures, and communication norms shape ethical outcomes in the workplace. Through an exploration of practical tools, strategies and real-world examples, the course equips professionals to communicate more intentionally to support sound, ethical business decisions.

- Recognize unintended opportunities and barriers created by organizational language and communication norms, including their impact on diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Reflect on personal communication habits and biases to better understand their influence on workplace interactions and outcomes.

Improving Your Virtual Learning Experience
Live webinars have varying levels of expected interaction, with some requiring microphone and camera capabilities to support a proper learning experience – please email pdreg@bccpa.ca if you have concerns.
In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
