Overview

In today’s high-demand work environments, professionals face constant information, notifications, and decisions — leading to cognitive overload. This mental strain can reduce clarity, impact decision-making, and potentially diminish our ability to connect with others. The result is reduced empathy and fostering an environment where shortcuts and disconnection undermine trust. This interactive workshop examines how overload is silently eroding performance and relationships in the workplace.
