- Recognize ethical distortion in action: Learn how power, performance pressure, and groupthink distort judgment—through concepts like bounded ethicality, ethical fading, and motivated blindness
- Apply behavioural ethics in real time: Learn strategies to check your own bias, course-correct in the moment, and lead with moral clarity—even under pressure
- Navigate stakeholder tensions: Gain new tools to lead ethically in a world where shareholder value and stakeholder expectations don’t always align
- Lead through grey zones: Build confidence in your ability to manage ethical ambiguity and drive sound decisions when there’s no clear “right” answer

Improving Your Virtual Learning Experience
Live webinars have varying levels of expected interaction, with some requiring microphone and camera capabilities to support a proper learning experience – please email pdreg@bccpa.ca if you have concerns.
In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.

MORGAN HAMEL, MA, is a TEDx speaker and the President of MH Partners Inc., a boutique consulting firm adept at helping leaders and their organizations navigate a new era of business ethics and reputation risk. With a master’s degree in ethics from Utrecht University in the Netherlands, 11 years working in the ethics office of a large organization and real-life polarization experience as the founder and CEO of an ethical fashion marketing firm that generated over $1M in responsible sales in its first corporate year, Morgan brings together the academic, corporate and entrepreneurial aspects of business ethics in a way that doesn’t exist elsewhere.
