  • Understand how Microsoft Copilot Agents behave, how to build them, what to include as instructions and knowledge, and how they differ from the regular Copilot Chat experience.
  • Understand how to use Copilot Cowork, your new AI Coworker.
  • Get practical ideas for new Agents you can create to make your day-to-day work as a CPA more efficient.

You’ll start by understanding what Agents are, then use the Researcher Agent, a Microsoft-built agent.

Then, I'll guide you step by step through creating your own Microsoft Copilot Agent. You'll also discover a powerful tool that I created for you: the Agent Instructions Builder.

Finally, you'll get a short introduction to Copilot Cowork!
