Applicable for
This course assumes participants have a passing knowledge about AI and Generative AI technologies and delves into AI-specific leadership issues such as change management, change resistance, leading through organizational change, deploying a plan and building a community around AI.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- understand key elements of leadership, change management and technology integration specifically in regard to an AI transformation
- assist leaders in finding their path toward successful transformation
- illustrate techniques and resources for staying in tune with AI’s frequent innovations
- discuss issues regarding ethics and privacy, especially regarding the ways in which AI collects data
- redefine and upgrade the concepts behind leadership in this era

Improving Your Virtual Learning Experience
Live webinars have varying levels of expected interaction, with some requiring microphone and camera capabilities to support a proper learning experience – please email pdreg@bccpa.ca if you have concerns.
In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
