The AI-Ready Finance Leader: How to Lead, Decide, and Thrive When Technology Does the Work (Live Webinar)
Former Title: 3 Ways Digital Transformation is Reinventing Accounting
Overview
AI is no longer a future threat to the finance profession. It's already inside your close cycle, your forecasting tools, and your reporting workflows. But here's what the research actually shows: most finance teams have deployed AI, and most aren't getting measurable value from it yet. The gap isn't the technology. It's leadership, judgment, and the willingness to redefine what great finance professionals actually do. This session is for CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Directors who want to stop reacting to AI and start leading with it. Using technology to reclaim time, sharpen decisions, and grow into the strategic role their organizations need them to play.

Course Description
We conducted a survey of Senior finance leaders and found that AI adoption is accelerating, but execution confidence is lagging. Finance leaders know they need to change. Most aren't sure where to start or how to lead their teams through it.
The finance leaders who will thrive are those who use that reclaimed time to do what AI cannot: exercise judgment, build relationships, tell the story behind the numbers, and drive business outcomes.
Drawing on 25+ years of technology delivery experience across the UK and Canada, and proprietary survey data from senior finance executives, John leads an interactive workshop on how to lead your finance function through the AI era, practically, confidently, and without losing what makes great accountants irreplaceable.
