Generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini are transforming how CPAs work—across finance, audit, tax, and operations. As adoption grows, so do the leadership challenges: How do you guide your team when each member has a different level of comfort, skill, and risk tolerance with AI tools?

This course is designed for CPAs in both industry and public practice who are leading teams through the integration of generative AI. Whether you’re part of a finance department or a public accounting firm, you’ll gain the insights and communication strategies needed to guide AI adoption ethically and effectively.

In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
