In this course, you will learn techniques to characterize performance using a variety of financial and non-financial metrics. You will learn to tailor your analysis to meet the needs of executives, boards, lenders, and investors. Financial intelligence is a competency that professionals we deepen throughout their career. The goal is to elevate the financial professional contribution in any organization and to bring a strong financial discipline to any tactical or strategic conversation.

Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to:

  • anticipate the needs of users to tailor your analysis to meet those expectations
  • build and deepen your financial credibility
  • analyze financial statements to evaluate performance, financial strength, and cash flow generation
