Overview

With the structural foundation of your Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) model in place, this course takes you through the final and most analytical phase of the process. You will integrate the acquirer and target company financials into a combined pro forma model, then evaluate the deal’s impact by calculating accretion or dilution to key per-share metrics and running sensitivity analysis on critical assumptions.
