Overview

Content

This course teaches learners how to apply core financial mathematics concepts to real-world corporate finance scenarios. Participants will explore the differences between simple and compound interest, calculate nominal and effective interest rates, and apply these concepts to discount and compound cash flows. The course also covers building discounted cash flow (DCF) models, pricing bonds, and calculating yields. Additionally, learners will analyze financial data using key statistical measures such as mean, variance, and standard deviation.
