Quality Management - Application for Assurance Providers (On-Demand - CPA PRO)
Overview
Participants will apply the Canadian Standards on Quality Management (CSQM 1 and CSQM 2) using a case-based approach to identify quality objectives, assess quality risks, and design tailored responses for small to mid-size firms. Participants will also connect monitoring and remediation activities to the annual evaluation of the system of quality management (SOQM) and document decisions appropriately.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

- Refresher on CSQM 1 and CSQM 2.
- Case-based identification of quality objectives and risks.
- Designing and implementing responses (including specified responses such as ethics, acceptance/continuance, information and communication, complaints/allegations, EQR, and monitoring/remediation).
- Documentation expectations for the risk assessment process and responses.
- Integrating monitoring results and remediation into the SOQM evaluation.
