This practical workshop examines ten important topics that finance leaders regularly encounter in their organizations. Through discussion, examples, and real-world insights, participants will explore strategies for addressing common challenges, improving financial performance, and strengthening their effectiveness as leaders and advisors.

The session covers a range of finance, management, and operational considerations, providing participants with practical tools and perspectives that can be applied across diverse organizational environments. Applicable for

Accountants in leadership positions, such as Controllers, CFOs and directors of finance, as well as accountants in public practice or consulting, who advise clients.  It will also helpful for accountants moving toward these roles.

Live webinars have varying levels of expected interaction, with some requiring microphone and camera capabilities to support a proper learning experience – please email pdreg@bccpa.ca if you have concerns. 

In general, we encourage participants to have their cameras turned on to enhance their virtual learning experience. This practice promotes a stronger connection with the instructor and fellow participants, and fosters improved communication and collaboration.
