This course highlights common inspection deficiencies identified by CPABC Practice Review for assurance firms. It will primarily focus on deficiencies in audit, review and other assurance engagements and will explore examples of some root causes for common key findings identified. Participants will gain insights to areas that have resulted in firms not meeting requirements.
This free On-Demand course is accessible only to CPABC members and candidates, and can be accessed for only up to 60 days from the registration date. |
Applicable for
This seminar is intended for members working in public practice, as it focuses on accounting & assurance areas where practitioners have not met the requirements of the CPA Canada Handbook. Practitioners may register for either this seminar, or the “Non-assurance Firms: Common Inspection Deficiencies in Practice Review” seminar, depending on which course best aligns with their practice area, and may register for both offerings if it is relevant to their practice.
This course is not intended to educate members on the CPA Canada Handbook. Members not in public practice may not find the content relevant.
