The 2018-2019 PD Passports are valid for courses held between SEPTEMBER 1, 2018 to AUGUST 31, 2019.

The Flexi PD Passport can be purchased by anyone, and is fully transferable.
Each PD Passport is equivalent to 6 full days of passport valid Professional Development seminars. These 6 days can be any combination of breakfast/2 hour, half-day, one-day, or two-day seminars. Three Breakfast/2 hour Seminars are equal to one full passport day (i.e. each Breakfast/ 2 hour Seminar is 1/3 of a day).
The 2018-2019 PD Passports are only valid for seminars held between September 1, 2018 and August 31, 2019. Any unused portions of the PD Passport(s) cannot be refunded, credited or carried-forward.
(If you mainly attend CPABC PD seminars held outside of the Lower Mainland, please keep in mind that the majority of these are held during our Fall session (October-December), with limited offerings from January to July. We encourage you to browse through our inventory of Fall seminars carefully, by location, and be aware that we may not necessarily have more courses scheduled at your location after the Fall session. You may wish to keep this in mind before making the decision to purchase a PD Passport.)

By purchasing this product online, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the PD Flexi Passport, as indicated below:
VALIDATION: The 2018-2019 PD Passports are valid for seminars held between September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019. They may not be used retroactively for courses taken prior to their purchase. No other discount program or offering may be used in conjunction with the PD Passports. The PD Passport Program is valid for CPABC PD seminars (offered through the PD Department) ONLY. Seminars ineligible for use on the PD Passports (i.e. Passport INVALID seminars) will be clearly marked on all marketing material.

CPABC reserves the rights to the PD Passport. Inappropriate use of the PD Passport will result in the immediate cancellation of privileges with no refund.
FLEXI PASSPORT CONTACT PERSON:
For Flexi Passports, you must designate an individual as your official passport contact person. This individual, and no other, will be authorized to receive information on the passport usage, including registration details made under that passport.
Individuals who register for seminars using the Flexi PD Passport are providing consent to share that registration information with the "principal holder" or official passport contact person of that Flexi PD Passport.
TRANSFERABILITY: The Flexi PD Passport is fully transferable, the holder may send an alternate to attend a seminar in his/her place.
SEMINAR REGISTRATIONS: PD Passport holders interested in attending a seminar must register in advance for all course. All registrations are handled on a “first-come, first-serve” basis and some courses may fill up early.
SEMINAR CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: All cancellations/transfers must be received in writing or by fax. Telephone cancellations/transfers will not be accepted. Cancellation/transfers of registration at least 10 calendar days prior to the course date will result in a full restoration of the portion of PD Passport day. Cancellation/transfer received less than 10 calendar days but at least 2 full business days prior to the course is subject to an administration fee of $50 for full and half-day courses, $25 for executive breakfasts, but the portion of the PD Passport used will be restored. No shows, that is attendees who register but do not attend and/or do not notify CPABC in writing at least 2 full business days prior to the course, will forfeit the portion of the PD Passport used to register for the seminar. PD Passport holders must attend the seminar offering to receive the seminar material.
CPABC may have to postpone/cancel seminars due to insufficient enrolment, in which case our liability will be limited to restoring the PD Passport day used to register for the seminar - under no circumstances will be PD Passport fee be refunded, credited or carried forward.
PD PASSPORT REFUNDS: There will be no refunds issued on PD Passport purchases once the order has been processed.
