Designed for both stand-alone registrants and participants in the preceding CPA Canada NFPO Forum, this full-day workshop provides more in depth coverage of two topics of significance to those responsible for NFPO governance and oversight.
The morning session will review emerging areas of governance focus, including board diversity and organizational culture. The afternoon will prepare you for crisis communication, including development of an issues management program to respond to, or even prevent, a crisis affecting your organization. Both workshops will provide practical tools, case studies, and the knowledge needed by both management and board members of Not for Profit Organizations.
