The four-part Strategic Management Certificate focuses specifically on the critical components of leadership and strategy. The four program modules are: Strategic PlanningRisk Management and Governance; Team Development; and Change Management. The program is most valuable for mid-managers and those transitioning to senior management or executive roles where this knowledge plays a key role in making sound business decisions.

BARBARA VANDERLINDEN, FCPA, FCMA is the principal at View Consulting specializing in strategic planning, financial management, program reviews and evaluations.

She is also an instructor at Camosun College focusing on managerial accounting and has been involved in facilitation and teaching with CPABC for over 15 years.

DENISE WONG, CPA, CA is the Principal of a Burnaby-based consulting firm focused on helping organizations find operational efficiencies through organizational change management projects.

Denise helps her clients through the various stages of the business life cycle and facilitates change through the review of business processes, financial systems and data analysis.
