  • Explore applications such as audit automation, fraud detection, forecasting, and risk modelling, with real-world case studies spanning global enterprises and agile start-ups. 
  • AI Product Lifecycle - From 0-1 to Scale
  • Navigate the full product journey – ideation, market validation, MVP design, testing, launch, onboarding, adoption strategies and scaling. 
  • Learn how product development and deployment differ between lean start-ups and large enterprises.

Wei Yang

Wei Yang, MBA, FRM, is a leader in business and technology transformation with deep experience in consulting, modernization, and change management. She works across product development, strategy, and program governance, with a strong focus on financial services, including capital markets, treasury, and wealth management. 

She is currently a Director at Scotiabank, where she contributes to global wealth AI strategy. Previously, she led global capital markets engineering and consulting teams, supporting large-scale platform modernization and transformation initiatives. 

Wei holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, specializing in Consulting. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
