The role of the CFO evolves constantly, and this program provides fresh ideas to help you guide your organization through changes and challenges. It delivers core CFO operational competencies that organizations expect and demand. Examine the relationship of strategy and risk-taking, and help drive your organization’s mission and success.

As part of the CPABC CFO Program, CFO’s Operational Skills will focus on core technical and operational skills. The CFO’s Leadership Program will focus on management and leadership skills. You can choose to complete only one of these programs, but if you complete both components you will receive the CPABC CFO Program Certificate.
